Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring Part-time, Hourly Autism Aides to support pediatric ABA services across Middlesex County. You will provide direct ABA instruction under the BCBA's educational plan, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and communicating with families to promote consistency at home and in the community.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years with special needs children, ready to complete required 20-hour training, and comfortable working in home-based environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working with special needs children (ages 2–21) in a supervised setting.
• Successful completion of 20-hour classroom training and competency exam.
• Comfortable working in home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Autism Aides/Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and organize child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families per state/federal regulations.
