CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking an Associate Director to lead PE-focused post-close integrations, separations, and TSA workstreams. You will partner with PE sponsors, manage cross-functional teams, and help win new business while mentoring junior staff.

You will drive operating model design, Day 1 readiness, and complex carve-out programs, balancing client needs with firm policy. The role blends delivery, leadership, and business development in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in professional services or PE-backed leadership.
• Experience preparing and reviewing standalone cost models for carve-out transactions.
• Hands-on experience structuring and managing TSAs (scoping, pricing, SLAs, exit planning).
• PE sponsor relationship management with CFOs, boards and deal teams.
• Track record of large-scale transformation projects.
• Direct experience across M&A integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior talent.
• Comfort with AI: responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
• Continuous learning mindset: applying emerging technologies in line with policies

Aufgaben

• Own the Finance workstream on post-close integrations and separations—P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• Lead or support the preparation of standalone cost models.
• Support management in pricing TSAs or related diligence on such agreements.
• Lead complex integration engagements and translate sponsor thesis into cross-functional plans.
• Build target operating models and re-engineer processes for post-close and NewCo states.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and sponsor communications on integration progress.
• Lead separation, carve-out, and divestiture engagements end-to-end.
• Manage TSA scoping, pricing, service levels, and exit planning.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development; mentor juniors.
• Attract, interview, hire, and retain top talent.
• Stay informed about AI tools and opportunities to enhance client solutions
