Facet is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Team Lead (PE) to guide our Spokane office in delivering high-impact civil infrastructure projects. You will mentor a high-performing team and drive growth with clients and jurisdictions across the region.

You will lead design, project delivery, and quality control while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. A PE license, strong leadership, and 5+ years in consulting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading civil engineering, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience with business development, client management, proposal preparation, and staff leadership.
• Strong leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development, client relationship management, and proposal efforts to grow our civil engineering consulting practice.
• Attend meetings with clients, jurisdictional agencies, other professionals and organizations.
• Lead civil engineering design, project delivery, and quality control for projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Mentor aspiring engineers.
