Job summary

Conrad Consulting invites a seasoned Site/Civil Office Lead (PE) to steer the Washington, DC office. You will lead a skilled team, guide projects from concept to completion, and nurture client relations to drive business growth across the DMV region.

You will mentor engineers and project managers, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects while expanding the client base. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, strong compensation, ESOP, and excellent career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of Site/Civil engineering experience.
• Strong background in land development, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
• Proven leadership and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Washington, DC Site/Civil team.
• Manage projects from concept through construction.
• Mentor and develop engineers and project managers.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business development.
• Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
