Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in WA or ability to obtain in 2 years.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proven leadership skills with track record of managing projects and teams.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your Role:

As a Senior Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and driving engineering solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects
• Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The candidate will work under experienced department managers, all holding PE licenses. Client will provide project management training if necessary. The ideal candidate id detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team. The ideal candidate will have:

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred) from an accredited university
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in WA or ability to obtain in 2 years required
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience living or working in Washington is a plus
