Job summary

KPFF Spokane's Civil/ Structural Team seeks an experienced engineer to lead and participate in the design and management of transportation projects across the Inland Northwest and beyond. You will guide planning, design and field activities, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with clients to meet scope, schedule and budget.

Required BSCE with structural emphasis, WA PE or reciprocity, and 7–12 years of experience; MSCE preferred. Competitive salary and strong benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Washington State or reciprocity.
• 7–12 years of experience in structural engineering and transport infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and construction support on infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Perform structural design and analyses.
• Perform inspection/field work.
• Grow our practice in the Inland Northwest.
