Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s PEPI CFO Services team seeks a Manager to lead data collection, validation and analysis for private equity portfolio companies, driving liquidity optimization, planning, and performance measurement.

You will guide client interviews, forecast liquidity needs, identify process inefficiencies, and manage workstreams from initiation through implementation, partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Professional qualifications CPA, CFA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, validation and analysis for client engagements.
• Guide client interviews, understand stakeholders’ perspectives and gather key information.
• Forecast liquidity needs and identify process inefficiencies across financial processes.
• Manage workstreams and ensure deliverables are logical, timely and executable.
• Present issues and opportunities clearly to senior management and boards.
