Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – CFO Services team in the United States. The PEPI CFO Services Associate works on finance and accounting projects, developing findings and strategic recommendations while structuring work plans for timely completion.

The role requires strong financial modeling, data analytics with Excel/Power BI/Tableau, and treasury or cash management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited four-year institution.
• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or related field.
• Strong expertise with data and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau.
• Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
• Structure work plans and manage time-sensitive projects through completion.
• Demonstrate solid financial modeling and financial statement analysis; 13-week cash-flow modeling preferred.
