Job summary

The role requires deep experience in accounting/finance, along with proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and implement digital tools for large corporate settings or PE portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience related to accounting/finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience with digital finance technologies, including RPA, predictive forecasting, finance analytics, NLG, and data visualization.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hypothesis and scope development with clients to identify data needs and analyses.
• Develop actionable conclusions and practical plans; manage project workstreams.
• Guide client interviews, manage expectations, and coordinate multi‑line teams.
• Design cash‑generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements; optimize organization structure.
• Ensure timely communication with senior management and adherence to project plans.
