Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college / university in accounting, finance or economics preferred but not required.
• Experience in Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• Over 12 years of experience in Accounting / Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or private equity.
• Proficient in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with client to facilitate information gathering and guide interviews.
• Define analyses needed to prove or disprove assumptions and ensure timely execution.
• Develop actionable conclusions from analyses and manage project workstreams.
• Lead components of projects with multiple service lines and manage smaller projects independently.
• Design cash generating initiatives and EBITDA improvement plans for client value.
• Proactively manage client expectations and communicate risks to senior management.
