Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a seasoned professional to join its PEPI CFO Services, focusing on digital finance transformation and financial performance improvements for private equity portfolio companies. The role emphasizes analyzing drivers, building predictive forecasting models, and delivering actionable plans.

You will lead client interviews, manage data-driven engagements, and drive EBITDA enhancement initiatives across multiple service lines.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance or economics.
Experience in digital finance technologies including RPA, predictive forecasting, finance analytics, NLG, and data visualization.
8+ years of experience related to accounting/finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
Complete proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
CPA, CFA, MBA, or master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead information gathering and client interviews to ensure data is complete and relevant.
Define analyses needed to prove or disprove assumptions and ensure timely execution.
Develop actionable conclusions and manage project components with multiple service lines.
Lead smaller projects independently and manage client expectations and risks.
Design cash-generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements to drive client value.
