Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s PEPI practice helps private equity portfolio companies improve cash flow, EBITDA, and transparency through hands‑on process optimization and digital finance tools. This role focuses on design, analysis, and actionable plans to deliver financial outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting/finance, experience with RPA, analytics, and predictive forecasting, and can lead multi‑discipline teams with senior management involvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting/finance, due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience with digital finance technologies including RPA, predictive forecasting, finance analytics, NLG, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation of analyses.
• Graduate degree preferred (CPA, CFA, MBA).
• Strong presentation and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams and manage project teams across service lines.
• Develop actionable plans and lead individual workstreams independently.
• Design cash‑generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements; optimize organizational structure.
• Proactively manage client expectations and mitigate risks on projects.
• Engage senior management to obtain buy‑in on actionable plans.
