Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a high‑caliber PEPI CFO Services practitioner to drive digital finance transformation for private equity portfolio companies. You will lead analytics, forecasting, and process automation initiatives to improve cash flow and EBITDA, engaging senior management and guiding cross‑functional teams.

Requirements include a strong background in accounting/finance, data visualization, and financial modeling, with 8+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
Experience in digital finance technologies including RPA, predictive forecasting, finance analytics and data visualization.
8+ years in accounting/finance, due diligence, restructuring, investment banking or private equity.

Responsibilities

Lead hypothesis and scope development with clients; guide interviews and data collection.
Identify drivers, build actionable conclusions, and develop cash-generating initiatives.
Manage project workstreams and lead components with minimal supervision.
Apply financial modeling and accounting knowledge to improve client transparency and EBITDA.
Collaborate with senior management and ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.
Oversee and coach teams, ensuring effective communication with boards and executives.
