Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s PEPI CFO Services team seeks a Director, Digital Finance to drive transformation for private equity portfolio companies, delivering cash and EBITDA improvements through analytics, automation and finance tools.

You will lead hypothesis development, data-driven analyses, and actionable plans, while managing client relationships and cross-functional teams to ensure measurable outcomes in complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year college/university in accounting/finance (preferred).
• Experience with digital finance technologies including RPA, predictive forecasting, finance analytics, NLG, and data visualization.
• 12+ years in accounting/finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, MBA or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital finance transformation for PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Develop actionable conclusions from analyses and lead workstreams.
• Design cash-generating initiatives, EBITDA improvements, and optimal organization structures.
• Guide client interviews, manage scope, risks, and timelines.
