Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding its PEPI CFO Services team in the United States, seeking a highly experienced PEPI CFO Services Associate to lead financial and strategic analyses for private equity clients. The role emphasizes structured project delivery, rigorous data analytics, and actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in relevant fields, strong Excel/PowerBI/Tableau skills, and flexibility to travel up to 80%. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited four-year institution.
• Strong expertise with data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
• Structure work plans and manage time-sensitive projects through completion.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling and cash-flow analysis; 13-week modeling preferred; Tableau/think-cell a plus.
• Assist treasury, finance and operations teams across client engagements.
