Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) CFO Services team in the United States. The PEPI CFO Services Associate role focuses on financial analysis, planning, and strategic recommendations for premier clients.

The role demands 7–10+ years in relevant fields, strong data analytics skills with Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and willingness to travel up to 80% including short notice. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited four-year institution.
• Strong expertise with data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau.
• Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time at short or immediate notice.

Responsibilities

• Structure work plans and manage time-sensitive projects through completion.
• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling and financial statement analysis (13-week cash-flow modeling a plus).
• Support treasury/cash management and systems implementation as needed.
