Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a supply chain/warehouse leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Operations Management, Business, or Engineering.
• Strong decision making, problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to achieve business targets and develop skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Improve warehouse operations to maximize space and productivity.
• Monitor inbound, storage, outbound, and distribution of parts.
• Manage dealer support and parts availability, including inventory and cycle counts.
• Develop performance metrics and implement standard policies for distribution.
• Act as a change agent for Parts strategies and cross-functional liaison.
• Coach leadership and operations staff; drive talent development and PMP reviews.
• Develop the PDC business plan and Lean warehousing initiatives.
