Volkswagen Group of America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Parts Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on leading inbound/outbound processes, staffing planning, and driving efficiency in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.

The position requires 5+ years in distribution or warehouse roles and 3+ years in supervision, with strong analytical and leadership skills to improve safety, quality, and productivity in a fully on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a distribution or warehouse facility.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of distribution/warehousing practices and Lean methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the industry parts systems and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inbound and outbound processes and manpower planning for inventory receipt and product delivery.
• Oversees claims, core and factory returns, and buyback processes ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation.
• Respond to dealer inquiries regarding parts orders, tracking, quality, and PDC questions.
• Act as liaison between carrier and PDC to resolve issues.
• Ensure all outbound orders are properly classified and shipping papers created.
• Conduct regular audits on inbound/outbound processes and communicate findings.
