Hyundai MOBIS Parts America in Columbus seeks an experienced Supervisor, PDC to oversee daily operations of the parts distribution center, ensuring safety, quality and timely shipping in line with KPIs and SLAs.

The role focuses on training and coaching, performance reviews, and enforcing standards; requires 2–4 years supervisory experience in DC/manufacturing, HS diploma (Bachelor preferred), and Spanish a plus; Exempt full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of frontline supervisory experience with leadership, organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of PDC personnel guided by KPIs and SLAs.
• Coach, counsel, develop and discipline employees to meet accountability initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to work schedules and drive performance to minimize extended hours.
• Manage training programs, supervise trainers, and ensure safety training is provided.
• Oversee inventory activities including inspections, cycle counts, and returns resolutions.
