• Improve fill rates, dealer stock vs. emergency ratios, and logistics costs.
• Collaborate with logistics partner on warehousing expansion and cost control.
• Oversee and optimize inventory, duties, and customs processes.
• Coach Dealers and field teams; manage the Distribution Specialist.
• Report KPIs and drive cross-functional cost-saving initiatives.
