Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Planning, Design & Construction department operations coordinator to lead budgeting, procurement, and business operations. You will oversee cost analyses, vendor contracts, and platform governance (Workday, FAMIS, ARCHIBUS/SIMS, MS Teams) while partnering with Finance, ITS, HR, and Communications to streamline processes.

You will establish SOPs, drive KPI tracking, and support long-term planning for facilities initiatives, ensuring compliance with MCW

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in a related field preferred.
• 4+ years budgeting or financial planning experience in a facilities or operations context.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes, vendor contracts and software licensing for the department.
• Oversee departmental budget, monitor project costs and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Support leadership with manpower budgeting, salary planning, and long-term planning.
• Ensure PDC platforms (Workday, FAMIS, ARCHIBUS/SIMS, MS Teams) operate effectively.
• Coordinate admin services, reporting, and business support functions.
• Develop SOPs and standardize project management tools to improve delivery timelines.
• Oversee scheduling, purchasing, invoicing, and coordination with project managers.
