Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) department operations coordinator to oversee budgeting, procurement, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with MCW policies and strategic priorities.

You will manage Workday, FAMIS, ARCHIBUS/SIMS, and Microsoft Teams, generate reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with Finance, ITS, HR, and Communications to streamline project delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years budgeting in a larger organization with facilities focus preferred.
• Experience managing procurement processes, budgets and cost analyses.
• Ability to develop SOPs, improve processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, invoicing and cost analyses for the PDC department.
• Manage procurement processes, vendor contracts and software licensing.
• Support leadership with manpower budgeting, salary planning and long‑term planning.
• Ensure platforms (Workday, FAMIS, ARCHIBUS/SIMS, Teams) operate effectively and drive performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, ITS, HR and Communications to streamline operations.
