Job summary

Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, is seeking an experienced RN for the Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the night shift. Telemetry monitoring is used, with CareGility technology and centralized monitoring. The unit emphasizes a collaborative, One Team culture and maintains high HCAHPS scores.

Positions are full-time, three 12-hour shifts weekly, with night differential and weekend differential when applicable. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for Night shift.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care or telemetry/PCU preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet unit expectations.
• Demonstrated patient‑centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care based on nursing standards.
• Implement and adjust the plan of care with the care team.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities on the unit.
• Document patient assessments, plans, and progress accurately.
• Communicate changes with physicians and care team.
