Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, MT.

The RN will provide specialized care for stable and evolving patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will hold an ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and recent ICU/PCU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license (or endorsement).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (within 6 months).
• Recent ICU/PCU/Stepdown nursing experience in acute care.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to hemodynamically stable or intermittently unstable PCU patients.
• Care for pre/post-PCI, pacemaker, revascularization, and complex surgeries.
• Monitor for deterioration using telemetry and assessments.
• Operate arterial/central lines, chest tubes, feeding tubes, IV pumps, ventilatory support.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge.
• Mentor LPNs and CNAs on the floor.
