KLA Industries, Inc. in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN for a full-time, on-site night shift. You will provide specialized care on a stepdown unit, monitor clinical status, and participate in discharge planning with a collaborative care team.

Required are Montana RN licensure, ADN (BSN preferred), BLS/ACLS/PALS, and recent PCU/ICU experience. A supportive environment emphasizes strong nurse-to-patient ratios, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program with an ADN; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN licensure or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or must be obtained within 6 months). EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for hemodynamically stable/predictably unstable patients on PCU/stepdown.
• Manage a diverse patient population including post-procedural and complex cardiac cases.
• Monitor for deterioration and intervene promptly using telemetry and critical care skills.
• Operate advanced medical equipment (arterial/central lines, chest tubes, ventilatory support) and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Precept and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff on the floor.
