Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for nights in Great Falls, MT. The role emphasizes nurse-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and comprehensive care in a stepdown setting.

The RN will provide specialized care, monitor critical conditions, and collaborate with the care team through admission to discharge. MT RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required, with pediatric experience a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana or eligibility for compact/endorsement.
• Core certifications: BLS, ACLS; PALS required or within 6 months; TNCC/EPNC preferred.
• Post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit with Critical Care/PCU experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to hemodynamically stable or unstable patients on PCU/stepdown.
• Manage broad patient population including PCI care, post-procedural care, and complex surgical cases.
• Monitor for deterioration and stabilize conditions using telemetry and clinical assessment.
• Operate and manage arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, and suction/ventilation support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Precept and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff on the floor.
