Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, MT. The RN will provide direct care in a specialized unit, manage a diverse patient population, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an ADN with RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement), BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (or within 6 months), and post-graduate PCU/ICU experience, with pediatric

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or within 6 months). EPNC and TNCC preferred.
• Post-graduate practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit with recent ICU/PCU experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to hemodynamically stable or unstable patients on a PCU/stepdown unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions, coordinate with the care team.
• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment and lines.
• Support discharge planning and act as a clinical floor leader for staff.
• Precept new staff and assist LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary teams.
