Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site Night shift in Great Falls, Montana. This role sits on a dedicated PCU/stepdown floor with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios, strong administrative backing, and a culture of teamwork and compassion.

Requirements include ADN (BSN preferred), MT RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and recent PCU/ICU experience. You’ll use telemetry, manage complex cases, and collaborate across disciplines with a focus on

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license (or eligibility for endorsement).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or obtained within 6 months.
• Post-graduate experience in PCU/Stepdown or ICU.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care on a PCU/stepdown unit.
• Monitor hemodynamics and manage patients with complex surgical histories.
• Utilize telemetry and devices (arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge.
• Act as clinical lead on the floor and precept nursing staff.
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
