Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-site, full-time role in Great Falls, MT. The PCU emphasizes strong nurse-to-patient ratios, supportive leadership, and a compassionate team culture.

Ideal candidates will have recent PCU/ICU or stepdown experience, MT RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications with a willingness to obtain additional certifications if needed. A BSN is preferred and pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active MT RN licensure or eligibility (compact/endorsement).
• Core certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or obtained within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for hemodynamically stable/unstable PCU patients.
• Manage pre/post-PCI care, device implants, and complex surgical cases.
• Monitor patient status with telemetry and intervene to prevent deterioration.
• Operate advanced medical equipment (arterial lines, chest tubes, ventilatory support).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
