Great Falls, MT, is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, on-site day shifts. The role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and supportive administration within an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities include direct patient care in PCU/stepdown, post-PCI/post-op coverage, telemetry, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team from admission through discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program with RN licensure in MT or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Post-graduate clinical experience in PCU/ICU or stepdown and strong telemetry/ECG skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to PCU patients on advanced medical/surgical unit.
• Monitor and respond to hemodynamic changes and complex patient conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team from admission to discharge Planning.
• Mentor and support LPNs and CNAs on the floor.
