Banner Thunderbird Med Ctr in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Certified Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for our General Progressive Care Unit. This full-time day shift role provides routine patient care, monitors vital signs, assists with mobility and hygiene, and documents patient information.

You will care for diverse patients on a 40-bed PCU floor and collaborate with a skilled team. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for new Banner Health CNA/LNA hires, with weekend differential and night-shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA/LNA certification in state of practice.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient data.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Assist with procedures and use equipment under supervision.
• Provide receptionist/clerical support as needed.
• Maintain complete patient records and assist in charting.
