Job summary

Banner Health in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 36-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU-7W) in the Women's Tower. The night shift runs 6pm–6:30am, with weekend rotations and a weekend differential plus an 18% night differential when applicable.

You will assist with daily living, vital signs, data entry, and patient comfort while supporting the nursing staff. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, current BLS, and active CNA licensure

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• Current CNA certification in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document vital signs and patient data in the medical records.
• Support nursing staff and ensure timely communication of patient status.
• Perform basic procedures under supervision as assigned.
• Maintain patient records and ensure chart forms are in order.
