Banner Health seeks a Certified Patient Care Assistant for the General Progressive Care Unit in Phoenix. The role involves routine patient care, data collection, and documentation to support the patient plan of care on a 7am-7:30pm night shift with weekend and holiday rotations.

A CNA license and BLS are required, with potential sign-on eligibility. Unit tasks include collecting vitals, maintaining records, basic clerical duties, and assisting with pre/post-operative transport as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA certification required.
