Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8+ years in PCBA EMS/manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership.
• Robust knowledge of electronics manufacturing flows, test instrumentation, boundary-scan, and automated test platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, test developers, and technicians.
• Architect standardized, reusable test equipment and automated test environments.
• Oversee diagnostic programs and test automation using LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, or .NET.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement DFT/DFM early in the lifecycle.
• Analyze failures, drive continuous improvement, reduce cycle times.
