Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Test Engineering Manager to lead test development and production test engineering for PCBA and electromechanical systems. You will design automated, cost-effective test strategies that bridge design requirements with factory execution to ensure reliability and quality.

You will mentor a team of engineers and technicians, develop standardized test equipment and fixtures, and collaborate across departments to drive Design-for-Test and Design-for-Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5–8+ years engineering experience in a PCBA EMS environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Robust knowledge of electronics manufacturing flows (SMT, through-hole, mixed-technology) and automated test platforms.
• Familiarity with IPC, ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the test development and production test engineering teams.
• Architect standardized, reusable test equipment and automated test environments (ICT, Flying Probe, Functional Testing).
• Oversee diagnostic programs and automation using LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and .NET.
• Collaborate with Design, Production Operations, and Quality teams to implement DFT and DFM early in product life cycles.
• Analyze PCBA failures, debug root-causes, and optimize test cycles to reduce cycle times.
