Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Test Engineering Manager to lead our test development and production test engineering teams in a fast-paced EMS environment. You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of automated, cost-effective test strategies for complex PCBA and electromechanical systems, ensuring reliability and quality throughput on the floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5–8+ years in PCBA EMS/manufacturing.
• 3+ years in supervisory/management role.
• Experience with SMT, boundary-scan, and automated test platforms.
• Familiarity with IPC, ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test development and production test engineering teams.
• Own the architectural development of standardized, reusable test equipment and automated environments (ICT, Flying Probe, Functional testing).
• Oversee diagnostic programs and test automation using LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and .NET.
• Collaborate with Design, Production Operations, and Quality teams to advance DFT and DFM.
• Continuously improve test cycles to reduce throughput time and prevent defects.
