Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, global procurement, or category management in EMS/PCBA.
• Ability to translate global category strategy into practical initiatives.
• Strong supplier management, sourcing processes, and supply chain optimization.
• Experience negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Ability to balance cost, quality, delivery, risk, and sustainability.
• Strong stakeholder management to align global teams.
• Financial and analytical capabilities with budget and savings forecasting.
• Data-driven decision making and strong problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and negotiation, collaborative working style.
• Ability to work independently and own strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMS/PCBA category strategy globally.
• Consolidate and optimize the global supplier base with sites and regions.
• Lead strategic sourcing activity per CIPS process.
• Identify and select suppliers by quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with strategic suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract performance.
• Lead procurement planning, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-reduction programs.
• Improve sourcing efficiency and supply continuity.
• Communicate strategies to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Monitor performance and address gaps.
