Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of supply management experience
• 10 years in supply management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development
• Direct experience managing global PCBA vendors
• International sourcing and supplier management experience
• Experience operating in a highly regulated industry
• Medical Device industry sourcing and supplier management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO13485 standards and requirements
• Supplier Audit experience in quality system standards: FDA QSR, ISO3485 and ISO9001
• Professional certifications through APICS, ISM, and/or CSCMP

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for PCBA and high‑level assemblies.
• Drive bidding, negotiation, and supplier management for best value.
• Develop and implement strategic commodity plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract strategies with key partners.
• Drive risk assessment, supply continuity, cost optimization, and lifecycle planning.
• Build executive‑level supplier relationships and mentor team.
• Monitor market shifts and inform business strategy.
• Champion risk management and continuous improvement in sourcing practices.
