Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in EMS/production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in people leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic roadmaps and allocate resources as part of the Albuquerque Leadership Team.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering with capital spend and budgets.
• Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, and large-scale transfers.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance (RoHS, etc.).
• Act as liaison for key aerospace, military, and tech accounts.
