Your Talent Team in Albuquerque is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and 5+ years in formal project management. This role will drive NPI, DFx, and cost-reduction initiatives while leading cross-functional teams across product, process, and test engineering to support strategic growth in the Southwest.

The candidate will align plant operations with corporate roadmaps, manage capital budgets, and mentor senior engineers.

Qualifications

Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
EMS experience: 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services/production environments.
Project management: 5+ years.
People leadership: 3+ years.
Domain knowledge: Aerospace, military, and Tech-Industrial product lifecycles.

Responsabilités

Business Unit Leadership: shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations.
Engineering Operations: oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage budgets and prioritization.
NPI & Lifecycle Management: direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, large-scale transfers, DFx/cost-reduction reviews.
Quality & Compliance: drive continuous quality improvements and regulatory compliance.
Customer & Account Advocacy: liaison for aerospace, defense accounts and escalation management.
