Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in project management, to relocate and lead strategic growth in Albuquerque.

You will guide Product, Process, and Test Engineering, drive NPI and DFx initiatives, and partner with aerospace and defense accounts. Ideal candidates bring Lean/Kaizen expertise, strong BOM/ECN governance, and a track record of cross-functional leadership within EMS environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
• Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering organizations.
• Direct NPI & lifecycle management, including BOM/ECN integrity and DFx reviews.
• Ensure compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and environmental standards.
