Talent Solutions Partners seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead EMS operations in Albuquerque, NM. With 10+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in project management, you will drive NPI, DFx, and cost-reduction programs while guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

You will oversee product, process, and test engineering, manage capital spend, and align plant operations with corporate roadmaps and key aerospace/military accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EMS teams and large-scale product transfers.
• Strong ability to scale NPI programs and drive DFx.
• Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization.
• Experience with aerospace, military, or tech-industrial accounts is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets, capital spend, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Albuquerque-based Engineering Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end NPI lifecycle, BOM/ECN governance, and DFx reviews.
• Partner with customers and accounts to align strategy and execution.
• Ensure compliance with RoHS, environmental standards, and quality.
• Shape strategic roadmaps and allocate resources across programs.
