Job summary

RNInk is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing (EMS) and 5+ years in project management to relocate to Albuquerque and lead strategic growth for the Southwest Rockies region.

The role requires a dynamic, customer-focused leader with a strong technical foundation in product, process, and test engineering, plus experience scaling NPI, DFx, and cost-reduction initiatives while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (required).
10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
5+ years in formal Project Management.
3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
Domain knowledge in Aerospace, Military, and Tech-Industrial product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as part of the Albuquerque Leadership Team.
Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage capital spend and budgets.
Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, and large-scale product transfers with DFx reviews.
Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance (RoHS, etc.).
Serve as liaison for aerospace, military, and defense accounts with executive stakeholders.
