Qualifications
- 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
- 5+ years in formal Project Management.
- 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Albuquerque Leadership Team and Corporate Engineering to shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations.
- Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage capital spend, annual budgets, and cross-functional project prioritization.
- Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, large-scale product transfers, BOM/ECN integrity and DFx reviews.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure RoHS and environmental regulation compliance.
- Act as liaison for key aerospace, military, and tech-industrial accounts.
