• Ten-plus years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/production environments.
• Five-plus years in formal Project Management.
• Three-plus years in People Leadership / Management.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations for the business unit.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering organizations; manage capital spend and budgets.
• Direct end-to-end New Product Introduction, rapid prototyping, and large-scale product transfers.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and environmental standards.
• Act as technical and executive liaison for key accounts, resolving escalations.
