Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an Application Development Manager to drive new opportunities and grow strategic customer relationships across North America. Lead design reviews, develop hardware solutions, and interface with engineering, product marketing, and sales teams.

The role requires hands-on PCB design proficiency, strong engineering fundamentals, and travel to customer sites; you will engage with global teams and contribute to product

Qualifications

End-to-end PCB design experience including schematic capture and layout.
Proficient with at least one PCB design tool (Altium/Cadence/OrCAD/PADS/KiCad).
Strong fundamentals in power distribution, voltage/current, grounding, and analog/digital electronics.

Responsibilities

Support growth across Automotive, Robotics, Energy Storage, and AI infrastructure markets.
Develop solutions addressing customer needs and technical requirements.
Lead internal design reviews and present solutions to customers.
Create technical presentations to propose concepts and solutions.
Hands-on prototyping, testing, debugging, and hardware troubleshooting; some travel.
