Kelly Services is seeking an SMT Operator to join a premier electronics manufacturer in West Melbourne, FL. Starting pay is $18.00+ per hour with opportunities for growth and shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ years of experience operating SMT equipment (preferred).
• IPC-A-610 certification (preferred) and ESD training.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining PCB assembly equipment including screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, and conveyors.
• Interfacing with machine hardware and software to ensure proper operation.
• Inspecting own work and reporting defective components.
