Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembler in West Melbourne, FL to assemble, test, and pack circuit board assemblies using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies. You will place and secure electronic components onto boards with hand and pneumatic tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read instructions, basic computer and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and follow instructions and visual aids accurately.
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills required.
• Willing to work flexible hours and 3rd shift.
• Prior experience with electronic component assembly, IPC/ISO standards, and ESD training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and pack circuit board assemblies using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies.
• Place and secure electronic components onto circuit boards with hand and pneumatic tools.
• Ensure accuracy in component placement and adherence to production and quality procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace.
