Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an SMT Line Support to operate and maintain SMT equipment at a premier manufacturing client in West Melbourne, FL. Starting pay is $17.00+ per hour with overtime as needed.

The role includes ensuring accurate kits, setting up printers and SMT lines, and maintaining ISO 9001 documentation. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and basic computer skills, plus a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of shop floor systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation of SMT machines.
• Verify kits have correct part numbers, quantities, and orientation.
• Check kit pick lists and material conditions.
• Set up and maintain screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors.
• Splice reels and ensure supplies are ready for assembly.
• Support ISO 9001 documentation for the area.
• Keep work area clean and maintain a safe workspace.
• Support other duties as needed.
