Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX seeks a Supply Chain Planner for PCB/PCBA to support Starlink hardware. You will own demand signals, maintain BOMs, and balance supply with production needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and sourcing to minimize risk and ensure on-time builds from prototype to mass production. Strong Excel, ERP and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, purchasing, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in supply chain/planning.
• Experience with PCB/PCBA or electronic hardware preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills; pivot tables/macros.
• APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BOM accuracy in MRP systems for PCB/PCBA and electronic subassemblies.
• Aggregate demand for PCB/PCBA to support rate production.
• Manage inventory targets and align demand-supply signals.
• Mitigate supply risk and manage long-lead materials and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and sourcing teams.
• Develop and maintain MRP dashboards and data analyses.
• Support prototype, pilot, and ramp builds with proper material plans.
